Meta-chart use a service called sendinblue to send out emails to reset your password and emails to activate your account.

Larger webmail providers like gmail and yahoo do not have trouble, in general, receiving emails from sendinblue; however, some organizations have strict Internet filters that block sendinblue. In this case , you will not be able to register for our website or reset your password, until your IT department adds these sendinblue IP addresses to its whitelist.
